Call for Papers
International Conference on Computer and Industrial Management
(ICIM 2005 Oct.,29-30)

ASSUMPTION UNIVERSITY
BANGKOK THAILAND

ICIM is short for International Conference on Computer and Industrial Management. The ICIM will be held on October 29 and 30, 2005. It is the conference regarding use of information technology in the businesses and industries.
The ICIM welcomes all papers related to the broad theme of managing the businesses and industries, which includes such topics as globalization, international project management, cross-cultural management, product innovation, and R&D management. A powerhouse of case studies, best practices, and panel discussion from a full spectrum of industries, organizations, and reference points will be showcased. How can engineers best align their current work practices to better meet the demands of the future? This is the question that the conference hopes to address.
We invite papers for presentation at the conference. All interested persons should submit one page abstracts (350 words maximum). Each submission will be reviewed for technical merit and content. Papers accepted for presentation will appear in the ICIM Conference Proceedings.

ICIM 2005 will cover a full range of topics related to computer applications in management. It also includes sessions on e-business and supply chain management. The conference use English as the official language.
Authors are requested to submit abstracts of their proposed papers to the conference co-coordinator. The abstract must include the title of the paper, the preferred topic area, the author's name, affiliation and full address including phone, fax numbers, and e-mail address. The content of the abstract should not exceed 350 words. Abstracts may preferably be submitted by e-mail as plain text or Word attachment.
