Fee Structure

Registration Information

Conference Fee
Includes conference pack (CD-ROM, Conference Proceedings etc.), lunches and refreshments.

For papers to appear in the conference proceedings, at least one non-returnable conference fee must be received by September 30, 2005.

Wine Reception and Conference Dinner
These are charged separately from the conference fee. The reception will take place around the world famous Thai style and dinner in the Thai cultural dance. Partners may also attend the dinner with an additional pre-paid ticket.

Please note seating at dinner is limited to 260 and will be allocated on a first-to-register basis.

Car Parking
Permits are needed to park on campus and to avoid expensive pay. Please indicate if you require one below.

Accommodation Details

Campus Accommodation
Accommodation will be at Bagna Campus Court, which offers single rooms with en-suite facilities. We have arranged a special conference rate for all conference attendees.

These rooms have been reserved only until 5 Oct 2005, so please book early!

Extending Stay for Campus Accommodation
Individual extensions on campus for one week may be possible.

Off Campus Accommodations
A limited number of rooms at a special rate for bed & breakfast have been arranged at two hotels in the city. These rooms will be held until 5 Oct 2005 and will be allocated on a 'first come first served' basis.

You must book directly with the hotel of your choice.
